FYI: Lies of the right-wing wackos for April 29, 2008

** Media Matters **
Faux news whore O'Reilly again misrepresented prior comments about terrorists attacking San Francisco.

You know, I wonder if this idiot even remembers people actually watch his crap show and does have proof of his ramblings?

Networks continue to ignore NY Times' military analyst story, but all find time for Hannah Montana star.

Of course, the government breaking the laws of this nation are not as interesting as a near naked Hannah in a magazine.

CNN whores Bash, Roberts, and Phillips ignored "paster" Hagee's comments linking Hurricane Katrina to gay pride parade.

Once a media whore, always a media whore.

Media continue to ignore old and senile McCain's flip-flop on Iraq-Korea comparison.

They are treating old and senile mccain like he's president already.

** Media Reform Daily **

At the Wall Street Journal, there are clear signs that a unique business paper is fast becoming a very common general-interest paper, albeit one with a really dynamite business section.
David Carr, New York Times

The resignation of the Journal's managing editor Marcus Brauchli is a billboard-sized sign that the world's leading financial publication is abandoning the qualities that made it great in the first place.
Dean Starkman, Columbia Journalism Review

When I was younger, I used to read the WSJ every day at the school library. I read it because they had business news not printed in local "business" newspapers. I even read it once and a while just to keep up with what is happening around the world. Their editorial board sucks monkey shit so I ignore their Opinions and any reports printed by their more right-wing wacko reporters.

But I am glad the WSJ is becoming the disaster some purists said would happen. You get what you deserved when you allowed Murdoch to buy your paper in the first place.
